You have the right under the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act not to make a statement to the Police. If Lorraine decides it is in your best interests to do so, she will come with you and be present throughout any police interviews.

After you have been charged, Lorraine will look at what has to be done to get you bail and she will explain to you the future conduct of your case. Lorraine has an excellent reputation for ensuring that her clients have disclosure of their file and copies of correspondence.
